For this brief we had to rebrand an existing festival. Working in a pair my partner and I decided to rebrand Secret Solstice festival in Iceland. The festival is held in June and at this time of year there is 24hr sunlight which is an idea we found really interesting, We developed a logo which reflected this. The logo changes every hour so that if you visit the website at a certain time of day the logo will be slightly different. We wanted to explore the natural forms and landscape in Iceland, and the colours that the midnight sun creates, this naturally led to our experimentations with marbling which became the basis for our brand identity.
